Appleton is one of seven cities known as the Fox Cities, and is the county seat of Outagamie County. An absolutely beautiful place to live, Appleton is a great choice for any family. For those who love sports, Appleton is close enough to Green Bay to catch every home game, without the need for a hotel. The weather is typical to Wisconsin, icy cold in the winter, and warm in the summer.
Searching for a new apartment, many people have a hard time deciding what it is they want. Is a one bedroom big enough? Is one bathroom enough? Upstairs, downstairs or bi-level? After a while, the whole process can become overwhelming, and some end up choosing an apartment they normally would not have otherwise, just to be done with the whole thing.
More than 90 percent of renters state that the number of bathrooms and their size influences their final decision on whether or not to rent a specific apartment or home. While this may come as a surprise for some, it is only natural. After all, the bathroom is a private and personal space. The common consensus is that two bathrooms is always better than one when there are more than two people in residence.
One bedroom: Great for retirees, college students, or even single parents with one child, a one bedroom is typically on the small side with just enough room for one or two people to move freely without being crowded. A one-bedroom apartment is probably not what a person would choose if they planned on entertaining. On the other hand, many one-bedroom apartments are very cost effective as utilities, if not included in the rent, are usually very low.
Two bedroom: An excellent option for couples with or without a child, college students who wish to share costs with each other, professionals, and just about anyone else. Two bedroom apartments are an extremely popular choice. Those with young children find them efficient while still being spacious enough not to feel crowded. For others, having an extra bedroom can be useful for friends and family who would like to spend the night occasionally, extra storage, or to turn it into an office space. Utilities in most two-bedroom apartments are still relatively low as well, so costs are kept to a minimum.
Three bedroom: While many families seek out three bedroom apartments, they are usually very hard to find. If a person does find a three-bedroom, the high price is often hard to justify for an apartment. Utilities are often much higher in these apartments, as well.
